Here is a picture of the next-generation TDP leaders. The young and new-age leaders of TDP have all gathered and met party's national general secretary Nara Lokesh. Right from Ram Mohan Naidu to Devineni Avinash to Paritala Sreeram, the list is huge. Interestingly, there is good women representation as well. Among these young leaders, a handful of women are also present who would like to take the party forward.

However, the catch is that all these young leaders are either son/daughter of an existing politician and belongs to a political family with rich history. While it is good to have good bunch of young leadership, the party should also focus on encouraging new talent.
