In a scary incident, a car was spotted hanging from the fourth floor of the building and a woman was inside the car. This took place on Monday morning in Santa Monica of California when the woman driving the car had accidentally slammed accelerator instead of brake while parking her car in the fourth floor of the Santa Monia parking structure.

The woman was miraculously saved without a single injury. A bystander from France who was vacationing in the area helped rescue the woman, who is likely in her 60s. He helped her out of the car with great difficulty without any injuries. The fire safety team rushed to the spot without any delay and continued rescue operations for an hour. 

A photograph shared by the Santa Monica fire department shows the Honda sedan dangling precariously off the edge of the parking. Even the fire department team itself has alerted the people via twitter to avoid using the area.

"INCIDENT ALERT: @santamonicafd is on scene of a vehicle hanging off of the 4th floor of Parking Structure 5 on 1400blk of 4th St. Occupants unharmmed. USAR team is stabilizing vehicle and working to remove from the edge. Please avoid the area," wrote Santa Monica Fire department on its micro-blogging page.

People have lauded the efforts of the fire fighters for their work. The services in the fourth floor were halted during the rescue operation. The fire department team said it would take necessary steps to avoid such untoward incidents in the future.
