The biopic of NTR is undoubtedly one of the most-awaited films in Tollywood at the moment. Balakrishna is busy reprising his father's role in the film under the direction of Krish. The star cast in the film is making the audience even more interested in the film.   Rakul Preet Singh is all set to join the sets of 'NTR'. The actress is playing the role of veteran actress Sri Devi.

Sri Devi and NTR shared the screen space in so many films and were considered as one of the hit couples in the industry. Ever since the movie was announced, there were so many speculations about the actress who is going to play Sri Devi's role. Initially, rumours came out that 'Saaho' beauty Shraddha Kapoor is roped in for this role.

The producers denied the rumours and clarified that they have already paid advance to Rakul for playing the role. The 'Nannaku Prematho' beauty is going to join the sets from next month.
