Delhi Restrictions Left ‘Jersey’ Postponed

Cinema halls and Multiplexes in New Delhi would be closed with immediate effect. Following an increase in Covid19 Omricon cases, the state government has implemented further restrictions. As a result, the makers of the Hindi film 'Jersey' have chosen to postpone its release.

'Jersey,' starring Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur and produced by Dil Raju and Allu Aravind, is set to enter theatres on December 31st, 2021. However, the film has been postponed indefinitely. One of the most important marketplaces for Hindi films is Delhi.

'Pushpa,' which is doing well in North India, would see a drop in sales starting today.

It's unclear whether our pan-India flicks like 'RRR' and 'Radhe Shyam' would go forward with their scheduled release dates or wait for additional information.
