Dhoni Retiring From One Day Internationals And T20s

Team India's former captain and Worldcup winning captain, MS Dhoni, has other day stunned everyone after India lose to England in the deciding one-day international match that took place at Leeds.

Dhoni asked for the ball from umpires Bruce Oxenford (Australia) and Michael Gough (England) as the teams walked back towards the pavilion. And that led to speculations that he's retiring from One Day Internationals and T20s as well. Way back in 2014, all of a sudden Dhoni has announced that he's retiring from Test cricket. So what's up now?

Team India's coach Ravi Shastri has given the final shot to all the speculations with one line "That's rubbish. MS is not going anywhere". He later clarified that Dhoni took the ball to show it to bowling coach Bharat Arun to explain to him what happened to the ball in 40 overs, such that they could read England's conditions better as the next world cup is scheduled there.

With this clarification from Shastri, 37-year-old MS Dhoni's fans have breathed a sigh of relief. Whether Dhoni is interested or not, they want the old warhorse to play next world cup too.
