Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar is in Australia for the bushfire relief match to be played at Sydney. Sachin along with Yuvraj Singh have addressed the media ahead of the match and speaking Sachin complimented an Aussie cricketer that he is playing like him.
Well the cricketer is Marnus Labuschagne. "I was watching the second Test between England and Australia played at Lords. When Steve Smith got injured, Labuschagne stepped in. Even if he was hit by Jofra Archer's bouncer but Labuschagne quickly recovered and batted. Post that the 15 minutes I noticed and thought this player looks something special and there is something about him. He is mentally strong and it shows in his foot work in the crease," said Sachin.
Well, Labuschagne made his Test debut in the year 2018 and so far has played 14 Test matches. He scored four centuries and has an average of 63.43. After Steve Smith, Labuschagne is being reckoned as the next best Test cricketer.
Sachin's predictions rarely go wrong and hopefully the Aussie cricketer will become one of the legends of the gentlemens game.
