‘One Nation One Election’is The Plan Of BJP For Next General Elections?!?!Deets Inside……

Undoubtedly, under the principle of Jamili, the BJP Government at the Centre is taking slow and steady steps towards One Country, One Election.' This is clear from the Center's latest move to plan 'One Voter Roll' for all elections, including Jamili polls. For elections to the Lok Sabha, State Legislatures, Civic Bodies, and Panchayat Bodies down the road, this One Voter Roll should be used. Ever since the BJP maintained its authority in the 2019 elections, all legislative bodies across the nation have been talking about 'Jamili' one-time election. As per the timetable, the next general election is to be held in 2024. However, in order to strike uniformity in the States where the assembly elections are to be conducted around that time, there are rumours that the Jamili will be held sometime in 2022 or 2023.

Considering the glaring mismatches every time elections are held for various bodies, the One Voter Roll idea is advanced. Moreover, because of frequent elections, officials who are otherwise occupied with their daily duties are not able to secure foolproof rolls. This would also streamline the planning of the voting rolls if all the elections are held at one time. The key point of the BJP is that growth and development initiatives are hindered by regular and numerous elections somewhere in the country all the time. The election of Jamili would help resolve this problem so that the central, state and local governments can comfortably focus on growth.
