The highly anticipated return of Shah Rukh Khan to the big screen will surely be worth the wait, especially with new reports claiming that Salman Khan is also joining the film. While SRK has not yet officially announced his next one, word doing the rounds claims that with 'Pathan' he will end his sabbatical. The film, which already has a starry cast, will now have another superstar on board, with John Abraham as the villain and Deepika Padukone as the leading lady.

Salman Khan will be joining the bunch to play a cameo, according to sources. In SRK 's 2018 film 'Zero,' Salman last appeared in a cameo that saw him make his grand entrance in a dance sequence. For the past decade, the two Bollywood superstars have been enthralling fans with their cameos in each other's films. While Salman appeared in 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' and 'Om Shanti Om' by Shah Rukh, SRK returned the favour by making special appearances in movies such as 'Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega' and 'Tubelight'. Later this November, Shah Rukh is scheduled to begin work on this film and is expected to continue shooting well into the New Year. He also has an actress, director Atlee, and a Rajkumar Hirani movie in the pipeline.
