Uppena marks the debut of Panja Vaisshnav Tej yet another young lad from the Mega family. The posters released by the makers earlier had unclear looks of the hero and heroine as well. Taking the Valentine's Day opportunity, their first looks are out.

Vaisshnav looks promising in his unmovable stand who stares at the other side of the sea while the female lead Krithi Shetty appears like an ordinary girl.

The character role of the protagonist sounds different as Aasi while the heroine is name Sangeeta.

The makers have kept it simple rather than glorying things and probably it's the script that owed such looks of the lead pair.

Uppena is a love story directed by Buchi Babu Sana and it's his debut.

Director Sukumar is producing the movie in association with Mythri Movie Makers.

Release date is locked on April 2nd.
