On this suspense, the IRS officer approached the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and got a stay. The case was postponed to December 24th.

On Tuesday, CAT expressed its anger on YSRCP government for not relieving IRS officer Krishna Kishore. The CAT further asked the YSRCP government to issue a clarification within 10 days. Krishna Kishore had come to AP on deputation in September 2015 and was the CEO of the AP Economic Development Board (APEDB).

Ten days back the YSRCP government suspending him for alleged irregularities during his tenure as CEO of APEDB. The government also filed cases against him and directed ACB, CID to probe the allegations within six months time frame.
