A day after TRS MPs have abstained from voting in the No-Confidence Motion moved against Modi, Telangana Congress president Uttam Kumar Reddy and MLA Revanth Reddy have lambasted KCR for being "loyal" to Modi.  Uttam said KCR proved his "loyalty" to Modi once again.

T-Congress leaders highlighted that TRS has been 'supporting' BJP  – be it during Demonetization or passing GST Bill or Presidential elections. Uttam said KCR had not supported Dalit leader like Meira Kumar but supported RSS leader Ramnath Kovind. He went onto describe KCR as 'Chota Modi' and stated that 'Bada Modi' – 'Chota Modi's friendship is exposed. Uttam said MIM supported TRS openly shed crocodile tears over the rising attacks against Muslims and Dalits in Modi regime but again support BJP.

Uttam questioned why TRS MPs haven't raised the issue of 12 percent Muslim reservation in the parliament. He said TRS failed to raise crucial issues pertaining to Telangana such as Bayyaram steel plant, tribal university, railway coach factory. 

The Telangana Congress president said TRS MPs were "silent" and "mute" when Modi had criticized the formation of the Telangana itself. Uttam also noted that nonetheless Modi himself admitted the role of Congress in giving the Statehood to Telangana state. Uttam said Congress gave Telangana with Hyderabad and its revenues, the TRS Government handed over seven mandals to Andhra Pradesh and the Sileru project after it came to power.
