KTR stayed away from participating in his 42 birthday celebrations conducted on a grand scale across the state. He confined his birthday celebrations a close knit family affair citing he is suffering from fever.
KTR spent all the day in his father and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's official residence Pragathi Bhavan. Only a few of his cabinet colleagues were allowed to extend birthday greetings to KTR.
With KTR not accessible physically, celebrities, political leaders and prominent personalies took to Twitter and wished him. KTR's sister K Kavitha, Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao, Andhra Pradesh IT Minister N Lokesh and Jammu and Kashmir former Chief Minister Omer Abdullah were among the leaders who greeted the KCR's scion through social media.
Celebrities from film fraternity Vivek Oberoi, Mahesh Babu, Nani, Ram Charan, Manchu Vishnu, Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji and Directors Vamshi Paidipally, Meher Ramesh, Kona Venkat, Harish Shankar, Gopichand Malineni also greeted.
