Panga Trailer-Kanganas Comeback As Kabaddi Champion

Controversies favourite child Kangana Ranaut, who stays in headlines, is equally good in script selection. After Manikarnika and Judgementall Hai Kya, Kangana is all set to return with Panga. Meanwhile, she has stepped into the shoes of veteran politician slain Jayalalithaa in her biopic Thalaivi. Kangana's interesting line up of films make her one of the most sought after actress in the industry. Take a look at the trailer of her forthcoming film Panga

Plot: A forgotten Kabaddi world champion Jaya (Kangana Ranaut) turns a wife and mother. She decides to make a come back to the sport – her favourite. How does she strike a balance between the family responsibility, challenges of age stereotypes and love for the sport. This forms the crux of the story. The film is an emotional roller coaster tale of Jaya, the middle-class Indian woman.

Analysis:  First things first. The trailer is simply brilliant and hits the bull's eye. Director Aswiny Iyer Tiwari comes up with the inspiring trailer. It strikes a chord. Kangana is flawless as middle-class woman Jaya. She has gotten under the skin of the role so well. She steals the show. Jassi Gill fits the bill as Kangana's husband.

Despite being three-minute long, the trailer appears to be slick. This is where director Aswiny Iyer has achieved in gluing viewers. Though it reminds us of Priyanka Chopra's Mary Kom, Nani's Jersey and other sport dramas, the soul is intact in Panga trailer. The trailer promises another top notch performance of Kangana.

Shankar Ehsaan Loy, who had walked out of Saaho, seems to have done a great job. The music in the trailer is complimenting. Let's wait for Jan 24, 2020 as the film is all set to hit the screens on the eve of Republic Day.  Fox Star Studios is bankrolling the film.
